Rite of Spring chord

A polychord where the two chords are a semitone apart. Used in Stravinsky's "The Rite of Spring". For example, $\frac{E}{Eb}$. (In The Rite of Spring, it's actually $\frac{Fb}{Eb7}$.)¹
