Rite of Spring chord

A polychord where the two chords are a semitone apart. Used in Stravinsky’s “The Rite of Spring”. For example, $\frac{E}{E b}$ . (In The Rite of Spring, it’s actually $\frac{F b}{E b 7}$ .)
